3. HOW TO APPLY

If you wish to start the process, please click here and fill out your personal information. Once you have submitted your initial contact information along with your current occupation and language level, you will be redirected to a short form in which you will be required to provide more information.

Once submitting the information successfully, our experts will review your information and determine whether you meet the internal requirements.

If you meet the requirements, you will be assigned with a personal account manager that will contact you in order to provide you with a comprehensive overview on the offered services and register you to our Immigration Setup Package.

4. NO CONTACT

There are two main reasons why you may have not been contacted yet:

  1. Due to high demand our personal account managers have yet to reach your file

  2. Your profile information did not meet our internal requirements

If you wish to know the exact reason, we welcome you to send us an email at info@nextdestinationcanada.com and we will respond at the earliest.

Please be noted that not meeting our internal requirements does not necessarily mean you have failed to meet the requirements to submit a successful immigration application.

5. USING REGULATED CANADIAN IMMIGRATION CONSULTANT (RCIC)

ICCRC (‘Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council’) is the national regulatory body authorized by the government of Canada under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA) to safeguard consumers. IRPA requires anyone providing Canadian immigration advice or representation for a fee or other consideration to be a member in good standing of ICCRC.

Members of ICCRC are known as Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultants (RCICs). Each RCIC must complete an accredited training program, an exam set by ICCRC, and high entry-to-practice requirements. They must then meet annual professional requirements that include additional hours of professional development as well as mandatory courses developed and taught by ICCRC.

Visit ICCRC Official Website at http://secure.iccrc-crcic.ca/search-new/en

Using an RCIC is for the same reasons of using the services of professional lawyer to represent you in court.

Both hold the ‘know-how’ and most up-to-date information to make sure the process is being handle correctly, quickly, mistakes free and according to regulations. Both RCIC and Lawyers act in your best interest.

The RCIC will know how to optimize your credentials, determine who the main applicant should be and the right part to pursue.

As is the case with using the services of a registered lawyer, it is NOT mandatory to use the services of an RCIC in order to submit immigration application. Applicants may apply on their own with no representation fees.

6. AGENT AUTHORIZATION / REPORT AN AGENT

During a call, our agents are obligated to provide each customer with their full name and agent ID number. If you are not sure whether you were talking to a real agent, please send us an email to info@nextdestinationcanada.com including the call date, agent name and agent ID number and our support team will quickly review the information and provide you with the investigation results.

If you wish to verify that you have been contacted by an official agent of NextDestination Canada or to provide us with feedback about one of our agents, please enter your contact details and we shall revert to you shortly:

7. COMPLIANCE

NextDestination Canada represents experienced Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultants (RCIC) who are members in good standing of the ICCRC (Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council) and as such are authorized to provide legal advice in the immigration vertical to Canada. We are a privately held company and are NOT affiliated with the Canadian government.

An authorized RCIC can be easily verified through the ICCRC website. You can search for RCIC information by providing RCIC's license number and/or name:

http://secure.iccrc-crcic.ca/search-new/en

Upon meeting our internal requirements, you will be assigned with a personal account manager who will contact you to provide a comprehensive overview about our services along with the information of the Regulated Consultant who will be assigned to work with you. You will also be provided with RCIC contact information.

8. JOB IN CANADA

NextDestination Canada does NOT provide any recruitment/job search services. However, the Canadian government has established the Express Entry system enabling local employers to find skilled workers, from outside Canada, through a governmental Job Bank.

If you are found eligible to submit an immigration application and have decided to use our application submission services, the Regulated Immigration Consultant will help you file your profile information to the Express Entry system and help you optimize your ranking at the Job Bank.

If your profile will be selected by a local employer, you will receive an ITA (Invitation to Apply). If you will manage to file the application in less than 60 days, you might be living and working in Canada in less than 6 months (this is why it was called the "Express" entry system).

9. ACCOMPANY FAMILY MEMBERS

When submitting an immigration application, only the following may join you in your relocation to Canada:

  • Spouse (married couple, common-law partners and same-sex partners)

  • Dependent children who are under the age of 22 (of both applicant and spouse)

  • Dependent children of dependent children who are under the age of 22

Children over the age of 22 will be required to submit a separated application.

Applicant's parents and other blood relatives cannot be included in the main application, meaning they will need to submit separate application (as long as they meet the governmental requirements).

10. GUARANTEES & REFUND POLICY

NOT QUALIFIED UNDER ANY IMMIGRATION PROGRAM? YOU WILL GET 100% OF YOUR EVALUATION FEE REFUNDED TO YOU.

Note: Refund cannot be processed in any case apart from INELIGIBILITY after the delivery of the evaluation results.
